This caller, who appeared to be accepted by the talk show hosts as THE bona fide John Culberson, said that this provision had already been signed into law. As far as i can determine, this is incorrect. This proposal was apparently in the first version of the bill, but was not in the version of the bill that was passed. Does anyone else know anything about this? I support PayGo if it means Paid for with spending cuts elsewhere. I oppose Pelosi's PayGo because they always raise spending and then pay for it with tax increases. I oppose PayGo with tax inceases. I am voting against all incumbents this round, but i sympathize with anyone who says PAYGO may be a good step in the right direction, but is not enough.
