					<description>I remember as a kid, that we would realize that we were almost home (and that vacation was almost over) when we say the rice dryers on the horizon.

I, too, will miss them when they are gone.  And some day, I suspect we will ALL miss them - for the day WILL come when the fact we are totally dependent on food sources that are not local to us is going to bite us square in the &lt;strong&gt;:CENSORED:&lt;/strong&gt;.
