Welcome to Spring!

Posted on Monday 3 March 2008

Last year, I randomly planted five Bluebonnets around the gardens. They seem thrilled with their new homes, and proved it by reproducing madly — so much so that I’ll probably end up having to treat them like weeds by next year

For now, though, they’re absolutely perfect…

And do you see the splash of pink in the background? That’s Lorapetalum, aka “Chinese Fringe Flower”.

All of this means, of course, that it’s time to start carrying my camera around with me everywhere again…. finally!!!

Welcome to Spring!!!
