I can easily see why you would canoe / kayak it. It's a perfect waterway for that. Unfortunately for me, I've kind of nervous about going down there again. Too bad; there was some great hiking down there -- this time of year, anyway. I suspect it would be a bit much in the August heat. SNAKE!</strong> Second photo: the watercolor (and other painting) filters are fun to play with - but except for the large size, it is difficult to tell that it was used. Nice shot, btw - especially the reflections of the trees in the water. Third photo: <strong>EEK! BLOOD!</strong> Actually, just think of how much worse it would have been had it <em>not</em> been safety glass. (calling hospitals) -- but then I decided that there are far too many of them around the Houston area.
