Try trading in a small amount of a lightly circulated currency (Qatari dinar, SKorean won) in even the center of a big city - often impossible.</description>

Do they also accept Canadian dollars, pounds, francs, marks, etc? Or are they discriminating against all other foreign currencies.

If they are discriminating against accepting other foreign currencies I do see a problem.</description>
