OTOH, they have been royally mucking it up, we need alternative sources for energy, and &lt;em&gt;everybody's&lt;/em&gt; up in arms about the immigration "thing".   I can't help seeing it as a fascinating solution to a number of issues.</description>

					<description>Not going to happen.  They still have a national holiday to commemorate when the oil industry was nationalized.  It is very much tied to Mexico's somewhat slight national self-esteem.  It would be something like our selling the Statue of Liberty a Chinese company.</description>
