Is anybody but me wondering why the Feds have launched a probe into the Orleans levee board, but apparently not yet into the Corps of Engineers?
Not that it will do much good, it looks like:
But, investigators said the corps still has not released the “as-built” drawings — the final set of drawings that show how the project actually ended up being built. A corps spokesmen last week said his agency still hadn’t been able to
find the documents and couldn’t say for sure if they ever will be found, although the search continues.
