					<description>I think Boasso probably &lt;I&gt;does&lt;/I&gt; have the forces for change behind him.  I'm also glad the Times Pic ran the editorial blasting the "nay" voters, because it brought me some further information I might not otherwise have had.

Personally, I'm hoping Jeff Arnold means what he said about not liking the way the exemptions looked (and obviously he was right about a different flood issue for Algiers).  What the levee boards really need is a full change, not "everybody except...".</description>
